Terms of use

These terms are between you and Dhirav Choudhary, an individual developer in India ("we"), the maker of the Peephole Android app. By using Peephole you agree to them. You must be 18 or older.
What Peephole does
Peephole helps you limit time in apps you choose. It is a self-control tool, not a guarantee: Android can stop it, and you can switch it off. Don't rely on it where missing a limit could cause harm.
Your account
You can use Peephole without an account. If you make one, keep access to its email address; sign-in codes go there. You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your account).
PRO subscription
- PRO is sold through Google Play, monthly or yearly. The price and renewal date are shown before you buy.
- It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; PRO stays until the end of the period you paid for.
- PRO follows your account, so it works on any phone where you sign in.
Refunds
Payments are handled by Google Play, so refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. You can request one in Google Play; if Google can't help, write to hi@trypeephole.com and we will look at it. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law where you live.
Coins
Coins are earned only by watching optional ads and spent only on short unlocks inside Peephole. They have no money value, can't be bought, sold, transferred or cashed out, and may be lost if you delete your account.
Fair use
Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse Peephole, or try to get PRO or coins without paying or earning them. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
Content
Peephole's memes, artwork and text belong to us or our licensors. Images you add stay yours and stay on your phone.
No warranty and limits
Peephole is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; if a change matters, we will say so in the app first. You can stop using Peephole at any time.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, without taking away protections you have where you live.
